You can return your unused PrecisAir pump for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

Unused product
In original packaging
With tags attached (if applicable)

Items not eligible for return

Used product (due to safety regulations)
Items without tags (if applicable)
Items damaged due to misuse

How to return your PrecisAir pump

Contact our customer service team by email at support@precisair.com to initiate your return.
You will receive a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your Product
Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method.
We recommend insuring your return shipment for the full value of the PrecisAir pump.

**Once we receive your returned the product, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.**

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
